Focus on Teaching - January 2022

Welcome back! We hope that everyone had a chance to relax over the December break.

If you are looking at taking on a new project this term, we are happy to share that we have two grants currently open to faculty. The TRU Instructional Innovation Grant is open to faculty and teams who want to experiment with new instructional approaches.

If you are hoping to take on a SoTL project this year, consider applying to our SoTL Scholars Grant Program- it will connect you to a group of faculty researchers looking at ways of learning more about teaching and learning. We look forward to receiving your applications!

And of course, save the date and register for the 18th annual Teaching Practices Colloquium happening online on February 22. Be sure to submit a proposal to share some of the insights you have gleaned over the last year with your colleagues.

We look forward to working with you again in 2022!
