Banner System Outage
7 p.m. Friday, July 23 to 2 a.m. Saturday, July 24

Dear TRU Community,

Banner and related systems will be offline from 7 p.m. on Friday night until 2 a.m. the next day (Saturday, July 24) while IT Services performs necessary updates. During this time there will be no access to the following: 

• Online registration

• Self-service functions in myTRU and TRUemployee, including payments, timesheets, transcripts and other academic record details, tax forms, and faculty grade entry


• Any TRU online forms requiring payment

• Application processing (applications to TRU via Education Planner BC)

• Banner INB (Banner 8 forms) and Banner Admin page (Banner 9 pages)

• TRU Mobile app

The main TRU website will not be impacted by this outage. Thank you for your patience as ITS performs this required upgrade.
