"Forgive: Easier Said than Done" (seminars)

November 10, 2010

Good working relationships are essential to organizational effectiveness, and forgiveness can be an important construct to encourage because it is a way for individuals to repair damaged workplace relationships between individuals and/or the institute, and at the intra-personal level.
The opportunity and need for forgiveness arises as a result of disagreements, misunderstandings, mistreatments, conflicts and slights, many of which are likely to occur in the workplace.
