An article by TRU Law Professor Craig Jones has been cited in an important recent Supreme Court of Canada decision on class actions.

The article, Panacea or Pandemic: Comparing ‘Equitable Waiver of Tort to ‘Aggregate Liability’ in Cases of Mass Torts with Indeterminate Causation was published in TRU Law’s student-edited journal, the Canadian Journal of Comparative and Contemporary Law.

The Court also referred to a second article by Professor Jones, The Class Action as Public Law. The full Court decision in Atlantic Lottery Corp. v. Babstock can be read here.
