Clearwater graduate Emma Collins has been named the only recipient of the Charles and Jean Whittaker Memorial Bursary Endowment through Thompson Rivers University. The bursary is given each year to Clearwater Secondary School graduates entering TRU the following fall. Collins is in the Bachelor of Arts program but plans to transfer to education, after which she wants to return to Clearwater to teach. Read more
