It was standing room only for the 10th annual Master of Science in Environmental Science showcase, which took place on March 7.
Upwards of 120 people — community members, faculty, and undergraduate students —packed into Culinary Arts to watch as 13 first year graduate students gave four-minute oral presentations, and another 13 second-year students followed up with poster presentations.
“This is how we make the science that we’re doing here relevant to people,” said Dr. Tom Dickinson, Dean of Science, as he welcomed guests.
