We listened to your feedback and know the campus community is looking for more on-campus food options during summer.
To provide more of what you want, TRU Food Services is excited to announce food trucks’ arrival on campus and summer hours for University and Main Deli (U&M Deli).
Starting Monday, May 7, U&M Deli is open Monday – Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., offering a rotating hot special, Mondays through Thursdays:
Monday: Butter chicken with basmati rice (halal)
Tuesday: Tater-tot egg and cheese scramble (vegetarian)
Wednesday: Sweet & sour chicken with vegetable fried rice
Thursday: Tater-tot egg and cheese scramble (vegetarian)
As well, enjoy campus favourites such as chicken and vegetable samosas, vegan Baja quinoa wraps and grilled butter-chicken wraps, or build your own paninis and wraps. New menu items include fresh Okanagan seasonal fruit, Jamaican beef sausage rolls and spinach-and-feta quiche.
