The BC Coroners Service has issued a public safety bulletin about wildfire smoke as it confirmed a nine-year-old boy died from a medical condition aggravated by the smoke. In May, Dr. Michael Mehta, professor of geography and environmental studies, said he worries about people of all ages being negatively affected by wildfire smoke exposure. Read more
