This experiential session invites participants to explore how embodied, aesthetic and spiritual ways of knowing can inform teaching, research and professional practice.
Drawing on his work as a scholar of education, contemplative practitioner and Indian classical musician, Dr. Kumar will introduce us to his notion of meditative inquiry as a holistic approach that integrates thinking, doing and being.
Through Qi Gong (meditative movement), guided meditation, dialogue and live Indian music, participants will experience practices that cultivate attentiveness to self, others and the world.
