Longer fire seasons, shifting climatic conditions, changing land-use practices and evolving governance frameworks are transforming both the behaviour of fire and its impacts on ecosystems and societies.
The Symposium’s theme: Fire in a Changing World aims to bring together natural and social scientists, practitioners and knowledge holders to critically examine wildfire in this era of rapid change.
The deadline to register is Friday, Sept. 18.
