Faculty of Arts students were presented with Arts Students Awards Wednesday evening by Dean of Arts Dr. Sandra Vermeulen, Associate Dean Brenda Thomson and Arts faculty members. TRU President Dr. Alan Shaver was also there to congratulate the students. The awards recognize students’ achievements both inside and outside the classroom, including the Student Merit Award, Student Ambassador Award, Student Research and Scholarship Award, Study Abroad Award, Co-Op Student Award and AFC Student Representative Recognition and Award.
