We have been working hard over the summer to make some exciting changes to food services on campus to bring you more variety, flavours and selection.

Looking for something fresh? Check out the Urban Market in the Campus Activity Centre and treat yourself to a Chop N Top artisan style salad or wrap. This new addition on campus allows you to choose from one of the signature selections or channel your inner chef and design your own. The Urban Market will also feature rotating daily pasta dishes and new hot entrée specials. This is a great place to find options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and halal dietaries.

Looking to spark your taste buds? Visit the U&M Deli in Old Main to take in new dishes inspired by cultures from around the world. New this year is the build-your-own chicken shawarma or falafel wrap station and a fresh collection of entrée specials. With a large selection of vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and halal options, you will be sure to find something to your liking!

Looking to satisfy your sweet tooth? Head over to the International Café in the International Building, where you can grab a variety of freshly baked goods provided by Kamloops’ very own Craig’s Bakery. For those who cannot have gluten but still need a sweet fix, we also offer up delectable gluten-free brownies.

Looking to kick back between classes? Grab your friends and come over to The Den in the Campus Activity Centre. Hang out in the relaxed atmosphere and check out the new menu featuring the always popular Canadian classic poutine, homemade burgers, and a deal that can’t be missed — the daily $8 food special.
