Thompson Rivers University is shocked and saddened by the Nov. 13 attacks in France and Lebanon. Our thoughts and sympathy are with all of those affected and for the citizens of Paris and Beirut.
TRU has reached out to its students here from France and Lebanon and to those studying in those regions, and also to any faculty and staff there. We have had no reports to indicate that any TRU students or staff have been endangered. Any TRU student, faculty or staff in France is asked to email an update to President@tru.ca if they have not already done so.
