WHAT IS CIL? CIL is a full-scale, multi-sector, citizen-inspired engagement process that empowers people from communities of all sizes to accelerate their environmental, social, cultural, and economic interests and objectives. The three-day event combines the best facilitation and community-based social marketing practices with emerging social learning, social innovation, and collective impact tactics and tools to stimulate cross-sector communication and collaboration that leads to actionable, measurable, and replicable change.
