This week is all about RE-THINK YOUR DRINK!

At the beginning of the challenge the team here in the Wellness Centre brought you a few information booths that had lovely fruit-infused water and the stats about how much sugar is in various drinks that people buy. Most pops and energy drinks have over 15 tablespoons of sugar in them!

Obviously plain water is the BEST choice since it hydrates you without adding in any empty calories to your day.

Take some time this week to reflect on how you hydrate and see if you can cut out even ONE sugary drink a day.
