TRU is the place for pedal power on Saturday, April 27 as the Kamloops campus hosts the first Stoke the Season bike festival. The event is free, with admission by donation.
Cyclists who are new or veterans are gathering at the TRU campus green, in the space between Old Main and the Clock Tower.
Connect with fellow riders, share stories and get the whole family out in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
The festival begins at Dufferin Park at 12:30 p.m., then moves to the TRU campus at 3:30 p.m.
Participants will find vendors, booths, games, contests and prizes.
The festival wraps up with the showing of the movie, The Ritual, in the alumni theatre in the Clock Tower at 7:30 p.m.
This event is free however each participant is required to register due to limited seating.
