In 2020, Ukraine Airlines Flight PS752 was shot down over Iran, resulting in the death of its many Canadian passengers.

This presentation examines the cases brought against Iran in the Ontario courts and at the International Court of Justice.

These cases highlight distinct challenges in seeking justice for Canadians harmed abroad.
