
Weight is often viewed as a marker of success or failure (especially around the new year), which can trigger body shame and dysmorphia.
In this four-week closed group, TRU counsellor Kristin will focus on cultivating body peace and unpacking the harms of diet culture, rather than on learning about “healthy lifestyles” related to weight loss.
This is a four-part series and participants would be required to attend all sessions.
