Description:
The Morocco flag was officially adopted on November 17, 1915.

The flag’s deep red colour is symbolic of the descendants of the prophet Muhammad, and the Seal of Solomon green star is centred.

 
Moroccan Recipe:
Mint Tea
Ingredients:
3 tbsp black or green tea (do not use tea bags)
fresh mint leaves (approx. one handful)
125 ml sugar or to taste
Preparation:
Pour boiling water into a large teapot, rinse and throw water away. Add tea, mint leaves and sugar. Fill the teapot to the brim with more boiling water. Allow to steep, covered, for 5 minutes. Stir and taste the liquid to see if it is sweet enough. Strain into small glasses
