It is that time of the year again where the Culinary Arts students battle to see who has the best bistro, and we get to sample their creations.
The mission: 2 teams of students simulate opening their own restaurant, and in doing so, develop, cost, market and open the establishment for 2 consecutive nights in the TRU Food Training Building.
In looking over this year’s menus (see below), this is looking to be the best bistro challenge yet.
The challengers: Team Chez Amis vs Feuilles Mortes.
Chez Amis Bistro is up first, plating Nov. 18-19.
Feuilles Mortes plates Nov. 25-26.
