Professor Linda Ghent from Eastern Illinois University, Associate Professor Alan Grant from Baker University and Assistant to the Dean George Lesica from Eastern Illinois University have developed a cool site on the Economics of Seinfeld ! Seinfeld was a nine seasons TV show on NBC about events occurring in the daily lives of Jerry, George, Elaine and Kramer.

The daily events occurring to Jerry, George, Elaine and Kramer makes economics concepts come alive. Students will start seeing that economics is everywhere in their daily routines. The site makes popular culture teaching material widely and conveniently available for economics educators. The clips have been posted through criticalcommons.org, a “non-profit advocacy coalition that supports the use of media for scholarship, research and teaching, providing resources, information and tools for scholars, students, educators and creators.”
