The TRU Department of Computing Science invites students, faculty, staff and researchers to its Computing Science Seminar, a monthly research showcase.
Featured presentation: Risk-Adaptive Multilayer Authentication for IoT Devices Using RF-DNA and a Base Server
Speaker: Dr. Musfiq Rahman, associate professor, TRU Department of Computing Science
This seminar will explore risk-adaptive multilayer authentication for Internet of Things (IoT) devices, focusing on the use of radio-frequency device fingerprints (RF-DNA) and a base server to strengthen device authentication and security.
The presentation will introduce the research topic and its relevance to secure and trustworthy IoT environments.
Participants will have an opportunity to learn about current research, engage in questions and discussion, explore ideas for research and capstone projects and connect with faculty members and researchers.
Open to all TRU students, faculty and staff who are interested.
