You’re invited to the Sustainability Cake & Coffee event!

What to expect

• Meet TRU employees and students who care about sustainability
• Share ideas and learn about upcoming Sustainability Office events and programs
• Learn about the new TRU Green Leaders Program for staff and faculty

Time: 9:30 – 11 a.m.

Location: TRU Culinary Arts building, Scratch Café

This is a drop-in event and everyone is welcome.

TRU Green Leaders Program

The program seeks at least one staff or faculty member from each TRU office/department (academic and non-academic) to be the sustainability representative for their office/department.

They will work with the program coordinator from the Sustainability Office on:

• Receiving monthly information on sustainability initiatives and passing it on to members of their office/department
• Passing on ideas to the Sustainability Office on how to improve sustainability-related campus features
• Participating when possible in sustainability initiatives
• Helping develop new sustainability initiatives as needed
• Attending quarterly meetings
