The conference will feature speakers addressing a wide range of issues across the life cycle of a mine, offering practical insight into the regulatory, environmental and operational considerations facing mine developers, operators and supporting industries. Drawing on real world experience, speakers will explore how legal frameworks intersect with industry practice and policy decision making.
This conference provides a valuable opportunity for students and the TRU Law community to deepen their understanding of mining and critical minerals law beyond the classroom.
