Dr. Jim Hu and Linda Westberg of the English as a Second Language Department presented their research on November 1st as part of the Fall 2017 Faculty of Education and Social Work Research Provocations seminar series. In their talk, Simultaneous oral-written feedback approach (SOWFA): Students’ preferred writing response, Hu and Westberg explored the ways in which university students learning a second language prefer to receive feedback.
