albertoThe faculty of the Department of Economics published 24 peer reviewed journal articles from April 1st 2012 – March 31st 2013! The faculty presented their research in 14 domestic and international conferences during this period. This is the best ever year for the department and it probably ranks as one of the top research departments at Thompson Rivers University.  The remarkable aspect of this research productivity is that it was done with very little research funds and grants. If ones use research output per $ of public funds then the department’s achievement is even more impressive.
