KAMLOOPS-Third-year Bachelor of Business Administration student Christina Antoniak has been named UCC Co-op Student of the Year at a noon ceremony on the UCC campus today.

Antoniak, who is majoring in Marketing, worked a co-operative education term for eight months with Enterprise Rent-a-Car in downtown Vancouver.

Her Assistant Manager, Elliot Richter, who nominated Antoniak for the award, said, “Customer service is our key core business value. Christina placed a huge focus on our customers, and her approach rubbed off on all who worked in our office. In fact, our branch was rated the top branch in the province for August 2004. Christina was the secret to our success.”

Since returning to campus, Antoniak has taken on the role of VP Marketing for UCC’s student business club, Association of Canadian Entrepreneurs (ACE).
