My research aims to advance the understanding of service innovation and sustainability in tourism and hospitality by exploring the intersections of consumer behavior, employee well-being, and emerging technologies. I strive to produce socially meaningful and methodologically rigorous scholarship that informs academic discourse, industry practice, and public policy, both nationally and globally.
