Trades students off to National Competition

The following TRU Trades students are scheduled to compete in the national championships of Skills Canada this Friday and Saturday in Waterloo, Ontario:

Jonathan MacIntyre (Automotive), Dan Hall (Electronics), Jon Paterson (Electrical Wiring), and Cullen Smart (Welding).

From the Skills Canada website: The championships are Canada’s largest display of trade and technology talent, bringing together more than 500 secondary, post-secondary and apprenticeship students from all areas of Canada. Students will compete in more than 40 trade and technology events in an Olympic-style event.
