Staying active this Winter Semester doesn’t have to mean leaving campus during the day. Did you know TRU Recreation offers a range of on-campus activities for students and staff of all fitness levels and abilities?

Choose from group workouts the likes of yoga and zumba, drop-in times at the gymnasium, and just for students, four different intramural sports.

See below for a sampling of what TRU Rec has scheduled for you this semester.

INTRAMURALS
There are four sports to choose from — basketball, floor hockey, indoor soccer, and volleyball — and registration is underway and continuing to Jan. 16.

Note: teams must have at least one female on the court at all times.

You can be a captain and create your own team, join an existing team, or be a free agent.
