Dr. Laura Doan, Assistant Professor in the School of Education (Faculty of Education and Social Work), has received an Accelerator Fund grant. This is an internal competition designed to assist faculty members in the development of grant applications to support their research. Doan’s research focuses on induction of early childhood educators into the ECE field, leadership and team development in ECE, fostering relationships between educators and families, documentation of children’s learning, and resilience.
