Dr. Tory Handford of the School of Education (Faculty of Education and Social Work) continues her contributions to the field of educational leadership with her research and scholarly work. Understanding the Foundations of Trust: Case Studies for Educational Leaders, to be published by Word and Deed Publishing. Handford is also co-editor with Timothy Sibbald on the forthcoming The academic gateway: Understanding the journey to tenure (U Ottawa Press), slated for publication in January 2017. In addition, Handford was recently elected as the second vice-president of the Canadian Association for the Study of Education Administration (CASEA) at their annual meeting in May 2016.
