It’s been a week since, and people are still talking about the Pride Parade held on campus on April 5, 2012.

The student-organized event was the first-ever Pride Parade in Kamloops and attracted upwards of 400 people from the TRU and general Kamloops communities.

Participants peacefully carried signs and walked through the campus in celebration of diversity, equality, and unity. Speeches preceded the walk.
