Video from B.C. Premier Christy Clark’s stop at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops on Sept. 20, 2011 to announce a piece of the government’s new economic stimulus plan.

Dubbed “Canada Starts Here: The B.C. Jobs Plan”, Clark announced in Kamloops that part of the initiative will be to boost the number of international students in B.C. by 50 per cent.
