Volume 4 of the CJCCL Now PublishedTRU Law is home to the Canadian Journal of Comparative and Contemporary Law.

Each year the editors in chief—TRU Law Professors Robert Diab and Chris Hunt, along with Lorne Neudorf of the University of Adelaide—solicit scholarly articles on a particular legal theme. The editors in chief work with a team of TRU JD students to edit these papers for publication in the Canadian Journal of Comparative and Contemporary Law (CJCCL).

This year’s volume, which features a thoughtful foreword by Justice Rosalie Silberman Abella of the Supreme Court of Canada, contains eight papers and is titled Privacy, Identity, and Control: Emerging Issues in Data Protection. For more information about the CJCCL, including free access to current and past volumes, see the CJCCL website here.
