Dear colleagues,
To better align with our recently developed TRU brand, we are proud to share the new TRU logo, updated from the 2005 original.
The result of a collaboration of efforts, the logo was designed to allow for more flexibility in reproduction and to better meet usage requirements across a range of traditional and new media. The streamlined shield design and clean, bold typeface is a reflection of the purposefulness and confidence of our new brand.
The new logo will be used for all TRU departments, faculties and divisions on our campuses and beyond, unifying our community and building our collective pride in TRU.
It’s important that we use the new logo consistently and protect its integrity. Please visit the Brand Guide’s logos page to read more about the updated logo, and to familiarize yourself with best practices for use and to download updated logo files. The Bookstore and Print Services will be integrating the new logo into materials that they produce, but in support of TRU’s commitment to sustainability, please use up existing supplies of stationery and promotional items before ordering materials with the new logo.
The TRU Marketing and Communications department is here to help if you have any questions.
