Have your say in TRU Library’s future.

The Library needs your feedback—to know how it is doing and what you value the most. Over the next few weeks the Library is conducting a LibQual+ survey. LibQual+ is part of a North America-wide effort, led by the Association of Research Libraries, to measure library service quality and identify best practices.

LibQual+ will:
• Allow Library staff to benchmark TRU Library against other libraries
• Help staff understand what services the TRU community values
• Inform staff of where to concentrate their efforts to improve services.

Library staff hope you will take the 10 minutes needed to complete this survey.

As a gesture of our appreciation, you’re invited to enter a contest at the end to win Cineplex movie passes. (Your email address will be immediately separated from your survey responses and will be purged once the winners are announced.)

The survey runs from 25 February to 29 March only.

Your responses will be held in confidence. No identifying personal information or links will be made between the responses and the individual. Only aggregate data will be reported to the Library.
