Flu vaccine clinics information for fall 2012 is as follows…

Bring your Carecard and $15 to the clinic, located in room OM 1479 next to the Doctor’s office in Old Main. There will be no charge if you qualify for a provincially funded flu vaccine.

The following dates will be offered on campus to receive a flu vaccine:

• Monday, Oct. 22 — 10:30am until 3:30pm

• Wednesday, Oct. 24 — 10:30am until 2:30pm

• Friday, Oct. 26 — 10am until 3pm

• Monday, Oct. 29 — 9:30am until 1pm
