TRU Business students hiring and firing on all syllables in Montreal.

Saturday Update: The TRU team qualified for the final 8, beating out 21 other universities.
Monday Update: Though qualifying for the final 8, TRU did not place in the Top 3.

Human Resource Management students from TRU are in Montreal this week competing in the Excalibur Tournament.

The team, Caitlin, Coby, Breanna and Kiara are Business students at TRU majoring in Human Resources.

They have just completed the semi finals and will find out tomorrow morning if they are in the finals!

The National Excalibur Human Resources Tournament symbolizes the race for excellence that teaches students how to solve real-life work situations. Excalibur is the venue for intense head-on competition between Canadian universities that offer Human Resources programs. This experience brings out the best in individual and group performance and competitiveness in students. It also provides students and coaches the opportunity to represent Thompson Rivers University on a National level. This year the tournament hosted 29 different universities across Canada.
