Convocation 2011 - Ceremony A

TRU has broadcast Convocation and other special events live online for the past 4 years.

This year, TRU partnered with LiveStream to broadcast our Convocation ceremonies live online, making it the fourth straight year people from around the world could share in the momentous celebration. See below for country stats.

The move to LiveStream has presented a number of benefits, among them: online library of past videos, live chat and social media integration. For the first time, viewers whether they were in the first row or thousands of kilometres away in Saudi Arabia, could comment in real time on the goings-on through facebook, twitter, and LiveStream.

TRU started live streaming Convocation ceremonies in the spring of 2008. Those ceremonies are archived and available on our Convocation website.
