The Thompson Rivers University WolfPack are continuing to help support the CIBC Run for the Cure and are hoping you can help, too.
The WolfPack have designed special pink shirts which have their logo, the CIBC Run for the Cure logo and two local businesses (97.5 The River and LN Group) on them.
The Women’s basketball and volleyball teams will wear the shirts in the warm up of their home openers Oct. 30 and Nov. 12 at the Tournament Capital Centre. The teams are following in the footsteps of the women’s soccer team, who did the same at their home opener Sept. 18 at Hillside Stadium.
Shirts are $10—with partial proceeds going to the CIBC Run for the Cure. Buying a shirt also gets you into the volleyball and basketball home openers for free.
