KAMLOOPS – Robin Schoebel a 6’5″ player from Beausoleil, France has committed to play for the Thompson Rivers University men’s volleyball team. Schoebel, who has competed for the French U18 National team in 65 matches, is currently playing for the Cannes team in the French Professional League.

“Robin has the ability to make an immediate impact on our team, he is a world class athlete for his age,” says WolfPack head coach Patrick Hennelly. “Robin posses the physical tools to dominate at the net, and I am looking forward to coaching him next year.”

Robin Schoebel wants to compete in volleyball at a high level and pursue a degree in business, an option that is not available to him in France. This is the second international player to suit up for the WolfPack, currently Behlul Yavasgel, from Turkey recently completed his rookie season with the WolfPack.
