The federal government announced the appointment of Dr. Fraser as UCC’s newest Canada Research Chair on Monday, April 5th. In his new position, he will focus on plant communities and wetland ecosystems. His research is
expected to create collaborations with existing UCC faculty interested in aquatic and grassland ecosystems and with researchers at Agriculture Canada’s Range Research Station on Ord Road interested in the conservation of rangelands in BC.
