Margaret Hall presents at public lecture series

TRU Faculty of Law Associate Professor Margaret Isabel Hall participated in the public lecture series presented by the Royal Inland Hospital Foundation in partnership with the Interior Health Authority Kamloops Research Department, in both April and June. 

On April 28, 2018, Hall spoke about advance planning and consent in the health care context. During her second presentation on June 12, she discussed the legal framework for medical assistance in dying (MAID), including unresolved issues and current challenges. The lecture series was held at the Ken Lepin Theatre at the Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops, BC.
