Associate Professor Dr. Chris Hunt recently published a book review in the Canadian Journal of Human Rights. In it, he reviews a new treatise on comparative privacy law by Professor Ronald J. Krotoszynski Jr.
The book, titled Privacy Revisited: A Global Perspective on the Right to be Left Alone, surveys the law of privacy in Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, South Africa and Germany, as well as the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights.
