Lunch & Learn: Mental Health & Well-Being: Coping Strategies During COVID-19
Brought to you by HR Health & Wellness & CUPE LOA-R Committee | Facilitated by Tracy Anderson, Morneau Shepell

This Lunch & Learn addresses the common responses to the COVID-19 outbreak and the big three mental health impacts we can expect in the workplace.  It also addresses the fact that some people recovered from COVID-19 can relapse and test positive again in a short space of time. It applies to persons actively under quarantine and those who are living in countries where restrictions are lifting. We will be looking at practical techniques we can apply as individuals to address how the trauma may manifest in our lives.

By the end of this Lunch & Learn, you will be able to:

  • Understand the common reactions and psychological impact of COVID-19
  • Build awareness of the top three mental health impacts
  • Apply techniques to improve personal well-being through: self-awareness, resilience strategies, and accessing help through social connections & networks
