Draw and De-Stress

Take a break from midterm stress and join us for a virtual Draw and De-Stress on October 6th from 7-8 p.m. You will be led through a simple art exercise to help you let go of tension and stress and connect to your creativity! You don’t need to be an artist or have any art experience to participate; all you need is two pieces of paper and any type of drawing materials!
