Bootcamps classes are a combination of strength and cardiovascular exercises.
Take the class at your own intensity, whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced fitness participant.
Campus fitness classes are free for TRU students, staff and faculty.
Registration is not required; however, classes are on a first-come, first-served basis.
All campus fitness classes take place in the Fitness Studio (lower Level of the TRU Gym).
