TRU’s Human Resources department presents this two-day workshop for faculty and staff. It will be facilitated by Andrea Hall, manager, TRU Project Management Office.
What is a project?
A project is a temporary and unique operation designed to accomplish a specific goal. All tasks, resources and objectives must be managed within the defined scope and timeline.
Managing projects, therefore, is the application of knowledge, tools, and techniques to achieve the goal requirements on time.
These two-day workshops are designed to focus on the project management process.
