Supreme Court Law Review Special Volume edited by TRU’s Margaret Hall hits the presses in May

A Special Volume of the Supreme Court Law Review (Volume 84, 2nd Series), edited by Associate Professor Margaret Isabel Hall of the TRU Faculty of Law, will be published in May 2018.

The Special Volume includes 12 papers developed out of the first Canadian Law of Obligations Conference, held in May 2017 and convened by Hall and Lachlan Caunt, together with a Forward by The Honourable Justice Russell Brown. The volume includes papers by TRU Law faculty members Hall and Professor Christopher Hunt, as well as TRU Juris Doctor of Law student Aliya Chouinard, and is dedicated to the late Justice Allen Linden, QC.  The papers contained in the Special Volume are also being published by Lexis Nexis as a book titled The Canadian Law of Obligations: Private Law for the 21st Century and Beyond, also edited by Hall.
